唯一奇怪的是,明明她已经达到了很高的层次,为什么仍然以“体重”作为目标?
当然,她实际上更在意腰围而不是体重。这完全正确。
另外,她每周进行六次力量训练,一次有氧。这对我也合适。我打算以后每周五次力量,两次有氧。
PS: 从她的体会来看,普通女性可能可以无视例假进行锻炼。

My body transformation story cut short:
1. I was obese for 29 years of my life. When my roommate lost 17 kgs after joining a gym, I got motivated to lose weight and get fit.
2. I joined a nearby gym in 2017, but due to no knowledge about fitness I used to workout on my own and got an injury in the knee. That's when I decided to hire a personal trainer who is very dedicated and knowledgeable. I have learnt a lot from him about fitness, body postures while lifting weights and leading a healthy Lifestyle. Help is always there so don't be afraid to seek.
3. I eat high protein low carbs and good fat diet and I eat after every 2 hours to keep up the metabolism.
4. I drink 3–4 liters of water in a day as high protein needs more water for absorption.
5. I prepare all my meals at home and avoid junk as much as possible. I use olive oil and ghee as cooking medium. I don’t eat boiled food at all, because diet is not a quick time fix, but a lifestyle change. You can’t eat boiled veggies always. I do have cheat meals twice a month like an ice cream or sandwich. You can’t lose weight / fat by starving your body.
6. I have given up refined sugar completely. Our body doesn’t needs sugar at all. When I get sweet cravings I have fruits like berries or grapes.
7. I carry fruits and nut box (walnuts, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts) with me while hanging out so that I don’t eat junk.
8. I go for 20 mins brisk walks in the morning and full body stretching as strength training makes your muscles stiff.
9. I do strength training 6 days a week and 1 day cardio and full body stretching. I never ever skip my workout, busy days, period days, festivals, Sundays , am always there for my daily workout because fitness has become my passion.
10. I cycle to work and gym. So, I save money and remain active. Being a software developer, I don't sit in front of laptop for more than 1 or 2 hours continuously. I stretch in between and take a 20 mins walk post lunch. People with desk jobs need to be more active.
11. Strength training burns calories upto 72 hours post workout so it's the best way to lose fat. I have achieved inch loss in a very short time due to weight training. I lift heavy like 60 kgs SQUATS, 80 Kgs Deadlift, 200 kgs legpress.
12. Fat loss is not just about getting that ideal weight. It's about your lifestyle change. It gives you a positive attitude. It keeps you happy because of endorphins. Things at which you you used to struggle like climbing to 5th floor, lifting a 25 litres bottle, jogging for 5 Kms becomes easy when you get fit and strong. The non-scale victories give you a lot of satisfaction.
13. I still got 10 kgs more to lose to reach my normal weight, but am in no hurry. I enjoy my healthy lifestyle and will continue to live it that way.
